Law on marks and signs in Switzerland
The law on marks and signs constitutes the legal framework for most diverse types and ways of utilisation respectively of signs. In particular marks/brands (individualisation of products), personal names (identification of individuals), company names (marks of undertakings), titles of creative works, geographical designations of origin and domain names take the centre of the stage.
